蒸摩卡巧克力蛋糕

成份

( A)

12蛋黃

7蛋清

375克糖(我用350克)

20克乳化劑

( B)

200克麵粉

40克奶粉

1茶匙發酵粉

( C)

200克黃油/人造黃油

50克椰奶

(D )

1湯匙coklat Emulco

1湯匙摩卡膏

方法:

1.一個正方形8×8英寸烤盤.

2.將B的材料混合,備用

3.將C的材料攪拌至幼滑

4.將A的材料攪拌至蓬鬆,加入B料拌勻

5.再將C的材料加入攪拌均勻

6.麵糊分成三個相等的部分。其中一部分加巧克力漿蒸下中火10分鐘。

7.第二部分添加摩卡膏蒸10分鐘

8.剩下的麵糊是純蒸20分鐘。

取出,放涼。從盤中取出,切成片。

A

12 egg yolk

7 egg white

375g sugar ( i used 300g)

20g emulsifier

B.

200gr flour

40g milk powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

C.

200g butter/ margarine

50g coconut milk

D.

1 tbsp black forest paste (BF paste was not found in Spore, ireplace by 1tbsp choco paste with 1tbsp of valrahna cocoapowder)

1 tbsp mocca paste

Method:

Greased and line baking sheet on a square 8x8 inch

Mix ingredient B. Set aside

Whisk ingredients C until smooth - set aside

Beat ingredients A till thick and fluffy, add B and mix well

Add ingredient C and continure to mix till well combined

Divide batter into three equal part. One part add Chocolate pasteand cocoa powder and steamed for 10 mins under medium fire.

Add Mocca paste in the 2nd parts steamed for 10 mins

Let the remaining batter be plain and steamed for 20 minutes.

Remove, let cool. Remove from pan, cut into pieces.
